Domestic vs commercial pricing
- How much does spray cork cost for a domestic property?
- We offer fair and fixed pricing for all domestic spray cork applications. This covers homes including detached, semi-detached, terraced houses, bungalows and flats. Your final quote is confirmed after a free, no-obligation site survey.
- Is pricing the same for every service?
- Yes — our fair and fixed pricing applies across all our domestic spray cork services: exterior wall coatings, interior wall coatings, conservatory roof insulation, cracked render repair, asbestos encapsulation and industrial roof coatings. The approach does not vary by service type.
- How is commercial pricing calculated?
- Commercial and industrial projects are priced on a job-by-job basis. Because commercial buildings vary widely in scale, access, substrate condition and operational constraints, we conduct a free site visit before providing a fixed written quote.
- What counts as a commercial property?
- We classify offices, retail units, warehouses, factories, hotels, hospitality venues, listed commercial buildings and industrial sites as commercial or industrial. If you're unsure, select 'Commercial' in the calculator and we'll confirm during your survey.
- Does the calculator price include VAT?
- All indicative prices shown exclude VAT. Your written quote will clearly state the VAT-inclusive total. Most domestic work qualifies for the standard VAT rate; commercial projects may be subject to reverse-charge VAT depending on your status.
- What happens after I submit the calculator?
- We aim to contact you within one working day to arrange a free site survey. For domestic properties, we'll confirm your fixed quote during that visit. For commercial projects, we scope the work on-site and return a written quote within 48 hours.
