The challenge
Polycarbonate roof made the room unusable from June to September and below 10°C through winter. Owners were quoted £14k for a full tiled-roof conversion.
Our solution
Multifoil thermal layer between rafters, plasterboard skim, and SprayCork interior finish in soft white — keeping the original glazing.
